At Palm Spas, we have seven weather-resistant pod colours to choose from, though we can create pods in all colours, so if you need something more bespoke just give us a call. The frame colour, flooring and electrics can also be selected, with each unit coming with a 16A hookup connector, 2 x twin 13A mains sockets and an interior light as standard.
Can You Install a Shower/Toilet Into a Garden Pod?
Yes, you can, but it does require careful planning. You’ll need to consider plumbing connections, drainage, and ventilation. As the pipework from your house to your garden room needs to be buried a certain depth, it’s best to consult a professional.
Can You Have a Garden Pod With a Log Burner?
This is possible, but again, it’s best to consult a professional to ensure proper ventilation and adherence to safety regulations. Alternative heating options like electric heaters or underfloor heating might be more straightforward and safer choices.
Are Garden Pods Insulated?
Yes. The garden pods are fully insulated all around the sides, roof, and base using recycled drinks bottles!
